Elf on the Shelf, School Program, Christmas, New Year's Eve

Here is the last update of 2015!

December 1
Starting the Christmas season with the traditional Elf on the Shelf.  Robin Sparkles once again graced us with her presence and Shailee loved looking for and finding her each day! She showed up with a note and mini chocolate chip pancakes!

That day after school, Shailee came home with a Christmas countdown.  We hung it up in her room where she could see it.

It says: "Rings of red,
Rings of green.
In my bedroom
Can be seen.
Rings of green,
Rings of red.
I take one off
As I go to bed.
Until one is left.
A ring of gold.
It's Christmas Day,
I am told."

That night was our ward Christmas party.  It was a Fiesta theme!  So much fun.  They had a taco and nacho bar and lots of tasty desserts!

Love this family of mine!  I'm one lucky girl to have them and that they put up with me!

December 5
Robin Sparkles brings a nativity for the kids to help put up!

December 6
It took Shailee a while to find Robin hiding in our tree...she was busy playing with the nativity!

December 7

December 8
Robin Sparkles was hiding so well on our advent calendar that nobody found her...she'll have to had a little easier tomorrow.

December 9
Robin Sparkles showed up with some crafts for Shailee to do!  How fun!

Shailee made an angel hat in school and was so excited to show us!  She is learning so much and we are so proud of her!

December 10
Aiden doing what he does best...playing with his cars!  He emptied the car basket and played for a good 20-30 minutes!

Robin Sparkles took a ride on Shailee's Pinky Pie!

December 13
I kind of forgot to do something for a few days, so this was Robin's excuse for her absense!
"Sorry I was gone for a few days, I got caught in a snow storm up at the North Pole.  Santa sent me back with a fun Christmas Book!  I know you will enjoy it! <3 p="" robin="" sparkles.="">

December 14
Robin Sparkles was so excited about the snow that she forgot her hat!  Shailee was excited to see her and snow!

Here is our Christmas card for this year!  Thanks again to my beautiful sister-in-law, Jamie Nokelby for taking our pictures!

December 15
Shailee finally got to go out and play in the snow!  She was so excited!

Robin Sparkles got tangled up in wrapping paper.

December 16
Shailee's preschool did a little Christmas program for all the parents.  It was so cute and Shailee did great!  At first she didn't want to go up at all.  But her teacher, Miss Cindi, whispered in her ear that she could just sit on her lap for a few minutes.  That did the trick, she went right up with her teacher and after one song, she went and stood up there with her friends from school!

Aiden enjoyed himself too.  Especially the end where he got a cookie!

Shailee and her teacher, Miss Cindi!

December 18
Wes's cousin got his hands on some really good seats for the Jazz.  Unfortunately, I was super sick!  So, I didn't go.  The plan was to drop both kids off at Jamie and Kevin's.  Since I didn't go, Aiden got to stay and play with cousin Wade while Shailee and Wes went to the game.  Aiden and Wade were laying down watching a movie!

Meanwhile, Shailee and Wes were having a blast at the game!
