On the 1st of January we had lots of snow. Shailee had fun making tracks all through the yard and throwing it. We stuck her on the tramp and she thought that was the coolest thing ever!
January 2: Wes had Aiden sitting in his bumbo on the kitchen counter as he prepared dinner. (Pizza haha) and he found one of Shailee's headbands and decided that he would put it on our son. He sure makes a cute little girl lol.

For Chirstmas, we got Shailee this box of poles and corner pieces. It is so you can build forts and whatnot...it's pretty cool! On January 3, we pulled it out and built Shailee her own little fort and she loved it! She found something she wanted to watch on the iPad and used her Big Duck as her pillow. She stayed and played in there for a good hour.
January 7: This was a big day for Shailee. We took Wes to lunch at McDonald's. She was brave enough to venture off and play on the toys and climb the stairs to very top!
January 10: We took the day to go swimming at Layton Surf and Swim. It was lots of fun and the kids enjoyed it!
January 13
Poor mister Aiden. We took him to the doctor on January 14, and he was confirmed as having a mild case of RSV. He was such a sad baby...but we were lucky enough to have caught it when we did. After a couple days he was feeling much better!

Wes had both kids sleeping in his lap on the 16th. It was adorable!
January 17: Mommy and daughter date. We went to the movies. Don't be fooled by that scowl, she was really excited to be there! We went and saw Paddington.
After the movie, we went to Arctic Circle for lunch. She was the only kid there so she had the playground all to herself! She loved that!
On January 20, we noticed that Aiden had enough hair to put in a Mohawk. It was so stinking cute!
January 23: We took the kids and ourselves to a local high school game. It was a lot of fun and Shailee loved it!
January 25: Took a picture of Aiden with the exact same toy and pose that Shailee has.
January 26: Aiden was so tired this night that he fell asleep in the highchair. Shailee never did that, and Aiden has yet to do it again, but this night he did.

January 30:
Shailee's big day! She turned 3 years old! I took her out to Wendy's for lunch and got her a kids meal too! She loved it and was so excited and happy! That night, we drove to Idaho to celebrate and have her party!
January31: Getting ready for her party! We painted her nails blue and she loved it!
