Mother's Day, 5 Months, New House/Moving Day, Graduation

Here we are, in May already!

Just a recap of April I guess.  I'm pretty sure these were also in April's post, but you get to see them again here.

May 1

Had a lunch date with just my boys at McDonald's.

Aiden got to take a picture of me to school and then he wanted to hang it up when he got home.

May 2

Such a happy boy.

May 3

At Aiden's Mommy N' Me muffin party at his preschool.

They always get up and sing us mom's songs.  It's so cute!

The flower they made using their handprints.

All about me. It says,
My mom's favorite color is: purple
My mom's favorite food is: a slurpy and this is how you make it: make a circle and a line and then eggs
My mom is this tall: 10 ft
My mom weighs this much: 5 pounds
My mom's favorite thing to do is: to talk to dad
If I could get my mom anything it would be: a choo-choo train

His handprints with a cute little poem.
"Sometimes you get discouraged
Because I am so small;
And often get my fingerprints
On furniture and walls.

But here's a final handpring
I made for you today,
to show you what my hand looks like
this 2018 Mother's Day."

We went bowling and got a picture of all of our matching shoes.

Our scores. Weston 181, Crystal 97, Shailee 99 and Aiden 102.

Having fun on some of the arcade games.

Making Grandma and Nana's mother's day gifts.

May 4

Shailee can have some good sleeping positions too.

Hanging out outside.

May 5

We went up to Idaho for Great Grandma Sharlene's surprise 80th birthday party.

Back: Troy and Suzanne
Front: Tyson, Sarah, me and Weston holding Zach.

Back: Uncle Shane, Suzanne, Troy, Great Grandma Sharlene and George
Front: Tyson, Sarah, me, and Weston holding Zach.

This is what Jamie made with those pictures she had us take with the white paper.

Papa took Aiden and I for a motorcycle ride.

And yes, he feel asleep while on the ride.

Zach hanging out with Nana.

May 6

He didn't quite stay on his bed all night haha.

At the park later that day.

Tickle wars with Nana.

Zach listening to Papa talk.

Shailee's turn on the bike.  She's big enough that she doesn't need mom or Nana on the back with her.

Just some fun poses of our big girl!

We went to see Troy and Suzanne.  This is a typical spot for the grandkids and Grandpa.

May 7

My arm has been bothering me lately, so I went to the doctor to see if they could find out why.  My arm is swollen (you can see that on the x-ray) and basically I just have some fat trying to poke through where the screws are.  If I opt to, my option is to have the plates and screws removed.

We found a playset for sell, but we needed a truck to bring it home.  It was a tight fit, and we only got it in by putting it in backwards...but we got it and made it home.

May 8

Aiden checking out the new playset.  We just set it up in the driveway for now, since we're moving soon and didn't want to haul it all the way to back now.  It's heavy and takes 4 adults to move it.

May 9

Just hanging out in the kitchen with mom while she does some work.

May 10

Trying his hardest to roll over.  Almost there.

The kids saw these chairs in Sam's Club and just had to try them out.

May 11

My superman baby!

Took the kids to the aquarium.  Zach likes the big tanks that he can see while in his carseat.

The octopus was out this day, it's always fun to see it because it's not out often...usually it is hiding.

May 12

Baby animal days.  It's always a big hit with kids.  They get to see lots of baby animals, pet and even hold some of them.

They have horse rides going on, and the kids always love doing that too.

Went to see Jamie and Kevin and the twins.  Not sure which one this is.

May 13

Happy Mother's Day!  I'm so lucky to be these beautiful childrens mother.

Shailee made some turtles out of playdough.

Found some glasses and had fun with the baby.

These are some things that Shailee had in her backpack from school.  This is me, and in the glasses are some things that Shailee and I like to do.

I love my mom because...: she is nis andI love her. because she love me.

May 14

The raspberries are coming in nice.  I'm sad we won't get to enjoy them this year.

However, these flowers make me happy and they get to come with me.

May 15

The house we brought two of our children home to.

The flower pots I planted.

May 16

Took the kids to the zoo.  We're riding the train.

Zachary's new toy, a little wolf.

The kids always love to come and sit on the elephants trunk.

He needed a change of where he was, so he came out of the stroller into the carrier and feel asleep.

I got the book 'Oh the Places you'll go' for Shailee and plan to have all of her teachers, at least elementary ones, sign it.  This is what her teacher, Mrs. Mahoney said:
"Shailee, What a joy you are to have in my class.  I know I can always count on you to be a great example and a friend to everyone.  I love to hear your stories about going to your Nana and Papa's house.  Thank you for sharing your smile every day with me and the rest of our class.  You will do great in first grade and I can't wait to hear about all the places you go!  Love, Mrs. Mahoney (kindergarten)

May 19

We took the kids to a safety fair.  We showed up early enough to get a free helmet for both Shailee and Aiden.

Zach was just happy to hang out and watch everything going on.

They got balloon animals.  Aiden got a sword and Shailee got a monkey.

Playing in the big trucks outside.

The four wheelers were fun too!

The kids loves these go carts too.

It was a hot day, so when we got home, they wanted to jump on the trampoline with the sprinklers underneath them.

Found out that Shailee was getting her 6 year old molars.  We had no idea they were still getting teeth at this age...but we learned something.

May 20

Aiden and his love for this cat is something special haha.

Just hanging out at church.

May 22

Shailee looking so pretty for her dance recital!  She did fantastic!

Aiden watching all the dancers.

May 23

Zachary is 5 months old!  He's growing so big and fast too.

Shailee getting one last picture on my favorite tree in the backyard.

Zachary's 5 month pictures.

Shailee was pretending to be a cat, so that's a tail she has made from a scarf haha.

Had to get Zach in the tree.

Shailee doing her gymnastics.

May 24

End of the year gift from Miss Cindi.

The house we bought!  It's just over the freeway.  So excited to be in this house!

The inside of it.

May 25

Packing up the last few things.  This room looks so empty and bare now.

Shailee and Aiden's room is pretty bare too.

It's moving day.  We got a bunch of our stuff out on the yard.

The moving truck.

Grandma and Grandpa Williams came and got Shailee and Aiden and took them to Jamie and Kevin's while we were moving.  It was such a big help!  Thank you again!

Having fun playing with cousins.

May 26

The day after moving day, and still getting things set up.

Troy and Suzanne are beat!

May 27

My parents came down and helped us move as well and helped entertain Mr. Zachary.

May 30

Aiden's preschool graduation from school with Miss Cindi.

So proud of this little mister.

Big sister Shailee got to come and watch him graduate too.

May 31

Aiden's last day of preschool this year!
