And like that, it's October!

October 1

We went to the Treehouse Museum and had so much fun!

Grandma and Grandpa came up and got to go with us!

Grandma and Grandpa were lucky enough to each get a cat jump up and lay on their laps.  Grandpa has Tiger and Grandma has miss Muse!

October 3

Shailee's first day of swimming lessons!

Fire safety week at preschool.  They made fireman hats!

Riding the train into town to go see dad and take him to lunch.  Aiden insisted on wearing his sunglasses.

After lunch, we went to the Discovery Museum,  Aiden loves the water play area.

I took the kids to a movie while the daddy stayed home and worked in the basement.  Aiden had a hard time sitting still through the movie and was crawling up and down the stairs, in front of Shailee and I.  Haha, but Shailee did awesome and loved it!  I wish I could remember what movie we went and saw.

Went to story time at the library.  The kids got make their own skeletons.

We went and fed the ducks afterwards.  So many ducks!

Aiden got stung or bit by something.  Poor kid.

We went to a pumpkin patch and they had fun decorations.

October 26

He fell asleep on the floor one day while playing.  He rarely does this, so it was cute to find him like this.

New toy.  He loves sorting shapes and finding where they go.  He does a really good job at it!

Shailee made a wind catcher thing at school.  Decorated with fun pumpkins!

We went out to eat and heard that if the kids dressed up they would get their meal free or we would get a discount.  So we dressed them up in their costumes.  I guess we misread or misheard, but they were nice enough to give a small discount anyway.

Back at the children's museum.  They have a big train there you can sit on and Aiden just loves it!

This time they had a motorcycle and had lots of fun playing on it.

One Sunday, the kids got to dress up the teachers as they sang each song.  This was the end result for the senior primary.
